SpokenStock Beta

Stock-taking,
spoken.

Count your stock by voice, and trust the result. SpokenStock turns spoken counts into a finished, accurate stock take in a fraction of the time.

Invite-only during our pilot.

Checked, not just counted.

Accuracy is built in. Every count is checked before it is saved, and anything that looks off is flagged for review, so mistakes are caught before they reach your orders. And because your team counts by speaking as they go, it is far faster than traditional methods.

Why SpokenStock

Accurate

Accuracy checks are built into every count. Anything unusual is flagged for review before it is saved, so errors are caught, not carried into your orders.

Faster

Your team counts by speaking as they move through the building, location by location. No clipboard, no paper, no typing up totals afterwards.

Fits your workflow

SpokenStock produces a clean, finished count, ready for the purchasing or ordering system you already use. There is no new process to adopt.

More than a faster count

A living stock record

Every weekly count is stored and stays editable. Look back at any week, adjust any count when you need to, and keep a complete history for each site, instead of a paper sheet in a drawer.

Group and site, in one place

Head office sees every site; each site keeps its own products, counts and history. One view across the estate, with the detail underneath whenever you need it.

Calibrated to your team

SpokenStock tunes to each person's voice for accuracy, so it understands your team the way they naturally speak.

Built for the whole team

A stock take is not tied to one person or one phone. Anyone on shift can pick up where a colleague left off, so a count can pass from one shift to the next without starting over.

How it works

1

Speak the count

Your team walks the stock areas and says what is there, location by location. SpokenStock captures it as they go.

2

Check and match

Each item is matched to your product list and checked for accuracy, then laid out for a quick review before anything is saved.

3

Send it on

Finished totals go straight into your purchasing system, ready for ordering, with no re-keying.

See it in action

A short walkthrough of a real count will live here.

Spoken aloud, checked, and finished.

and we will send it to you as soon as it is ready.

FAQ

How long does setup take?

Onboarding is fast, and we assist with every step, from preparing your account to your first count. Most of the groundwork is done for you before your team signs in; site managers then set up their own stock areas in the app.

Can we use our existing product list?

Yes. Send it as it is: a spreadsheet, an export from your purchasing system, or whatever you keep today. We load your group-wide list once, every site inherits it, and each site can keep its own local products on top.

What do we need to run it?

Just the phones your team already carries. SpokenStock runs in the browser, on a phone, tablet or laptop, so there is no hardware to buy and nothing to install.

Where is our data stored, and who can see it?

Your stock data is stored in the UK. Access is invite-only: every person has their own account and sees only the sites they are given. We design for UK data protection from the start, and we are happy to walk your team through exactly how data is handled before you begin.

How is it priced?

A simple monthly subscription per site, with no per-user charges and no hardware costs. We share full pricing when we talk.

What does the invite-only pilot mean for us?

We onboard a small number of venues and groups at a time, so every new site gets proper attention. Register your interest and we will be in touch to understand your operation and agree a starting point. Early partners work directly with the founder and help shape what is built next.

See it on your own stock take.

SpokenStock is invite-only while we work with our first partners. If you run stock takes across one site or an estate, register your interest.
